Processing your order
It helps us to process your order effeciently and keep you informed if you are able to supply several points of contact: email, telephone and a physical delivery address. This information is kept in secure storage and is not shared commercially.
Making payment
Invoicing is in New Zealand Dollars. Payment may be made directly using the banking details supplied on the invoice, or you may prefer to pay by cheque (please do not send cash in the post).
Delivery
Orders are processed within three days of being received. To ensure they reach you in top condition, goods are carefully selected and packed in bubblewrap or solid card from our Christchurch premises. If they have not arrived within 5 working days from the time you placed your order, please contact us.
Returns Policy
Within 10 days of delivery, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
When you email us an order, we will respond with your product total and the amount for shipping and handling. Once you respond to our email and verify the details and dollar amounts, we will ship your product.
